Chief Minister Hemant Soren said on Saturday that the State needs innovative ideas for achieving development goals along with technologies.
Addressing a State Consultation, a State level workshop on innovation, orgainsed in State capital, Chief Minister Soren said that there is no limit to innovation. The more we encourage the innovations to come through the better, he said.
“Today is the time we need maximum results with minimum of resources. Technology is medium which can help us work efficiently and achieve better results. The era that we are heading into demands us to combine technology with the innovations,” Soren said while addressing the participants of the Consultant.
Soren said that if the projects undertaken by the government were to be analyzed after their implementation many lacunae could be found. “This could be corrected if we work with constructive approach. Today we need to prepare an innovative roadmap and implement it. And this should be implemented not only at State Head Quarters but also at the block and village levels” he said.
The CM urged all the employees to realise their responsibilities rather than work just because they are in that job and they had to work.
