Koderma police seized a huge quantity of explosives from lokai area under Koderma Police Station on Friday. Briefing the media persons SP Koderma Sangita Kumari, said, “Acting on information cops seized ten thousand pieces of detonators and seven thousand pieces of power gelatin from a truck.”
Police had received a tip-off that explosive materials would pass through the way. A team of cops kept watch on the route and intercepted the vehicle with driver of the vehicle on Koderma-Giridih Road near lokai,” the SP said. “According to the arrested driver of the vehicle, the explosive materials were being transported to Nawalshahi under Domachanch Police Station to Hazaribagh,” she further added.
