Mystery surrounds the death of a 43-year-old individual whose decayed body was found in a closed lift at Bokaro General Hospital (BGH) on Wednesday night.
Police found the decayed body, which is yet to be identified, following complaints of bad odour coming from the closed lift near Ward I-C on the ground floor of the hospital. It assumed that the person died 10 days earlier and the body is badly decayed and very difficult to identify, the police said. Body of the deceased has been sent for postmortem and we are investing the reason behind the death, said Shalendra Singh, City Inspector Bokaro. PNS
