A strange case has come to light from the State Capital when the State Rural Development Minister and Congress Legislature Party Leader, Alamgir Alam was sitting in the public hearing at Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee (JPCC) office on Tuesday. During the meeting a complainant came and told Alam, “Sir, I am still alive.” In fact, that complainant has been declared dead on all government papers. The name of the person is Loknath Singh.
During the meeting the Minister was listening to the problems of the complainants coming from across the State. Meanwhile Singh reached there and pleaded before the Minister. After hearing his problem, the Minister also lost his senses.
Singh himself appeared in the public hearing and said that “Sir, I am still alive. I am not dead. Yet I have been declared dead on government papers. Due to which he is not even being heard anywhere. Tired of going everywhere, he has now reached the Minister.” The young man told Alam that all this is the work of land mafia. They declared Loknath dead and childless in the genealogy. On which he told the Rural Development Minister that Sir, neither am he is dead nor he is childless and he has come here with his son to put his problem before the Minister.
Singh said that the land mafia wants to capture his land and they are selling it and have even got the mutation done. Singh also accused the Circle Officer of complicity in this. His allegation is that he had given all the information to the Circle Officer but instead of taking any action, he got the land file rejected in favor of the mafia.
Alam was shocked to hear the complaint of Loknath Singh. He immediately called the concerned authorities and directed them to investigate the incident and take strict action against the culprits.
