A meeting of DMFT (District Mineral Foundation Trust) was held under the chairmanship of Hazaribag deputy commissioner Nancy Sahay in the seminar hall of the secretariat. In the meeting she sanctioned all the plans of the trust. She has given most priority on health, education, drinking water and social welfare in the meeting.
The DC said in the meeting that this trust has been created in the district for the welfare of the common people and also to provide them with all basic amenities.
In the meeting first of all the members sanctioned the annual working plan of the trust. The DC further said that the plans of DMFT must complete on priority and also speed up the plans which are going on in the district.
The DC said that the plans, which have been given by the public representatives in the interest of common people must be included in the list. The officers must include the plan on a regional basis.
She gave proper financial help from the administration to get the certificate for Barhi sub divisional hospital with six community health centers in the district.
The DC sanctioned the amount for the eight plus two schools of the district. She directed that with the help of sanctioned amount eight plus two schools must purchase the equipment for science lab, Books for library and campus development.
Sahay allotted the amount for the Jahwar Navodaya vidhalaya Bonga for the supply of drinking water. She has also sanctioned the amount for the small bridges, approaching roads, repairs of the staff quarters and boundary wall of staff quarters areas.
In the meeting DDC Prerna Dixit, civil surgeon, district social welfare officers, panchayati raj officer and executive engineers of Water and sanitation, rural development and building division were present.
