Ranchi DC Manoj Kumar chaired the monthly review meeting of the projects being carried out in the district by various departments. Welfare department was instructed to organise camps within this week to distribute scholarships to more than 1.13 lakh students of 1930 schools in the district. The students of Std V to X, who are to get their scholarships through Direct Benefit Transfer, but carelessness on part of block officials in submitting the Aadhar-enabled bank account details is hindering the process.
Regarding online mutation, Ranchi DC instructed that application receiving windows should be set up in every zone and applicants should be provided receipts for mutation on the spot.
