District Collector Sunil Kumar reviewed the status of land acquisition for different developmental works going on in the district. In a meeting held in Collectorate auditorium Kumar first enquired about the land acquisition status for NTPC in Keredari block. CO (Circle Officer) Keredari informed that the survey work of land is almost complete.
The Collector directed him to complete the work by 19th of August because the Government of India is demanding progress report fortnightly. Regarding Hazaribagh Rail line construction work CO Katkamdag informed that acquisition proposal has already been sent for approval. Hazaribagh Ring Road a proposal of acquisition of land has been sent in which the proposals of Katkamsandi and Katkamdag blocks are also included.
