Hazaribag Deputy Commissioner Nancy Sahay made a sudden inspection of the block development office, circle office and community health centre of Katkamsandi block of the district on Wednesday. The DC passed the order to deduct the salary of those employees, who are regularly absent from the duty without information.
She also ordered to issue the show cause notice to the officer in charge of community health centre Anil Kumar for his absence from the duty and asked him to produce the up to date information regarding the land transfer, land encroachment, mutation of the land, disposal of certificate case and land revenue of the block .
She went through the cash book and disposal of the files in the block. She found that six employees were absent without information in the office. The DC asks deduction of one day's salary of all six employees, who are absent.
The DC also inspected the CDPO office in the block. She inspected the community health centre and took stock of the availability of the medicines at the centre; she found that the roster register was not available in the centre.
She went through general problems of the health centre like availability of water, electricity and cleanliness in the campus. She assured the employees that the facility, which is not available in the health centre, must be available as early as possible. She was in the block office for two hours and went through all aspects of the office.
