I visited the office two times. My husband visited offices two times and in third attempt, I got the receipt,” she said.

Talking about the difficulties, she faced, during the process Lakra said, “A middleman had demanded Rs  5,000 for the receipt and my husband had given him the amount to complete the work at its earliest but the middleman did not give us the receipt. Two day earlier on the direction of administration, the Circle Office held a camp to provide easy land solution and my husband visited the office but the Staff did not take the issue seriously.”

“When Land Revenue Secretary, KK Soan, got the information that I am facing problem in getting the receipt,  he asked Ranchi Deputy Commissioner (DC) Rai Mahipat Ray to look into the matter and then, I got the receipt after intervention of the DC,” said Lakra.
