Garhwa DC Neha Arora today chaired a review meeting of important schemes related to the food and civic supplies department with all M.Os/B.D.Os and Gas distribution agencies in the conference hall located at Collectorate, on Tuesday.
The DC instructed all the M.O./B.D.O and Gas Distributor agencies to ensure distribution of gas among all beneficiaries under the Prime Minister Ujjawalla scheme within a week. Along with the Prime Minister Ujjwala scheme, instructions were also given to complete the timeliness of the procurement and distribution of foodgrains, the vendor base number, the bank account, the works like base seeding and the number of beneficiaries of the eligible category and the deletion of the disqualified beneficiaries etc. Gas distribution agencies along with the subdivision officer of Garhwa / Ranka / Nagar Untari and all the MOs were present in the meeting.
