Garhwa DC Neha Arora has sought explanation from two BDOs and five others staffs for negligence in construction of Dova. After receiving a complaint regarding negligence in construction of Dova in Karamdih Panchayat, DC directed the DClR to submit a report after inspection. DClR found that Dova has been constructed beyond norms of NREGA.
The DC sought explanation to Manjhiaon BDO Nitin Shivam Gupta and Kandi BDO Angarnath Swarnkar. She has also issued show cause to the BPO Kumar Anurag, junior engineer, Rojgar Sewak, Mukhiya of Karamdih Panchayat and others.
