Garhwa DC Dr Manish Ranjan has ordered to initiate departmental proceeding against those officers and assistant who has failed to submit AC and DC bill. According to Dr. Ranjan, advance payment has been released through AC bill under MlA fund and Chief Minister development scheme. After expenditure of amount account DC bill has been submitted to AG, Jhatkhand.There after next advance has been released.
DC informed that DC bill is pending about Rs25 crores rupees it is very due to non submission of DC Bill before AG Jharkhand advance would notrelease on time. Following above circumtances DC directed to all ex-cutting authority to deposit amount within 15 days otherwise FIR would be lodged against them.
