Garhwa DC Neha Arora inspected the two dams Panghatwa and Kehuniyanala under Dandai police station on Monday. DC along with DDC Jagat Narayan Prasad and Excutive Engineer (EE) of Water Ways firstly visited at Panghatawa dam to indentify the broken gate which is allowing water to flow uselessly.
The DC directed to the EE to prepare estimate regarding gate.
later she also visited at Kehuniya nala where she found that dam is in deplorable state and directed the officials to prepare estimate for its repaire.
During her visit the DC offered assistance to some Mushar families in the form of Indira Awas Yojna.
