Ranchi DC, Rai Mahimapat Ray today chaired a meeting to discuss the programmes to be organised on the International Yoga Day on June 21. In the meeting he gave necessary instructions for the preparations and successful execution.
About 50,000 people are expected to take part in the programme thus keeping this in mind Ray also instructed for better community management focusing on the availability of security, water, public toilets and volunteers for help.
Ray asked the central executive engineering department-1 and Central Engineering department -2 for the erection of the stage and the area manifested for the people to perform yoga on the set date.
