In the chairmanship of DC Manjunath Bhajantri a meting of Drinking water and sanitation department was organised at district head office. DC directed the executive engineer to set right the hand pumps those are not working and the supply of electricity should also be assured by establishing mutual harmony.
In the meeting a proposal of water supply under Sansad Gram Yozna in Jhingi and Bhaounro village worth Rs18 lakhs each was approved. The bidders were given instructions for water supply plans in Kudu, Bhandra, Badia and Akashi villages.
By news sources in the meeting of revenue and internal affairs DC Manjunath Bhajantri directed to increase the revenue collection to all the concerned departments.
All COs were directed to pay the pension holders timely. The officials were instructed to collect the revenue following the directions of lEU.
