DC directs to finish pending projects soon

DC Mukesh Kumar visited Barhi and Chauparan blocks and took a close look of some important projects, which are incomplete yet. In both blocks he directed the concerned officials to speed up the pace of work to finish the pending projects so that the people could start getting benefit of the projects.

Mukesh Kumar first went to the Naxal prone Chordaha Village of Chauparan block and laid the foundation stone of the school building. The school building of Chordaha was demolished last year in the process of construction of interstate check post. Since then about 300 students of that school were in trouble as their classes were going on in open.

Many villagers took advantage of this visit of their collector by putting problems of the village and adjoining areas. DC heard them patiently and assured them that the administration will soon step ahead to fulfill their demands and to remove their problems.

From here he went to Barhi where inspected the construction work going on for sub-divisional jail, ITI building and indoor stadium. He directed the block officials to complete the ITI building in short time so that from the coming session teaching could be started here. Regarding the indoor stadium DC Mukesh Kumar directed the officials to start sports activities at the premises.

The deputy commissioner also sat with the block officials in both places and reviewed the developmental works going on there. In these meetings he made it clear to everyone that without his permission no one should leave the headquarters, every officer and staff will have to stay at the block headquarter and if they will not do so remain ready for punishment.
