The court of Deputy Commissioner of Hazaribagh became E-court from Friday. PDJ Vishnu Kant Sahay and DC Mukesh Kumar inaugurated the E-court service jointly in a specially organised program in the meeting hall of local collectorate.
Addressing the gathering PDJ Sahay said “today is a golden letter day of the history of Hazaribagh district administration. In judicial courts E-court facility has started in the year 2009 and now facility of getting information about judgment, date, attendance etc. is available for the pleaders and their clients. Now these facilities will be available here too.”
Praising the efforts of DC Mukesh Kumar PDJ said that it is due to the present DC Hazaribagh collectorate has got ISO 9001:2008 certificate. ‘Paint my city program’ is going on in entire district which is getting appreciation from all corners of the society and Swacchta Abhiyaan is also going on here successfully. He wished that this facility will benefit those whose matter is pending here.
In his address DC Mukesh Kumar said that after the start of E-court facility now the advocates and clients can download the copy of judgment online. They will get information about next date of hearing by SMS and by visiting the site so it will be easy for both advocates and clients to follow the activities of court in their matter.
On this occasion officials of district administration, advocates of Hazaribagh bar and denizens of Hazaribagh were present in good number.
