DC Manjunath Bhajantri conducted a surprise inspection in block offices and checked the attendances of the officers and employees to assure the contribution in integrated development plan on Friday.
He set up a team of senior officials and made them visit all the five blocks. In this channel lohardaga block was inspected under the head of ITDA Vinod Kumar Chaoudhary, who found district gardening officer absent from the office.
Bhandra block was inspected by a team under the head of AC Awdesh Kumar Pandey. They found Health officer, CDPO, BEO and two Panchayat Sewaks absent from the office.
They came to know that no officer resides on the block quarters. likewise the Kudu block was inspected by DTO Sabir Ahmad. He found that CO was in visit to Hanhat Panchayat with an employee. The BEO office was closed there.
In Senha block SDO Saurabh Kumar Sinha found that the BEO was absent.
The five Anganwadi supervisors had gone for training at CDPO office lohardaga.
The team for Kudu block included DEO Urmila Kumari and DPO Mahesh Bhagat. They found the animal hospital was closed. In commuiniaty health centre Dr lily, Dr Nikunj Verma and Dr Shahid Anwar were absent. As well the services of ANM Anita Kumari and the accountant of CO office were up to the mark.
DC Manjunath Bhajantri said that this type of inspection work will be run continuously and the insincere officials and employees would be marked. In no circumstance the lethargic attitude in work will be tolerated, Bhajantri told.
