During the Agriculture Task Force meeting Ranchi Deputy Commissioner, Chhavi Ranjan on Saturday directed the District Agriculture Officer to ensure that seeds and fertilizers reach the beneficiaries as soon as they get the seeds and fertilizers on 100 per cent subsidy. For distribution of seeds and fertilizers, the Deputy Commissioner directed to constitute a task force in all the blocks under the chairmanship of CO.
In the meeting District Agriculture Officer, District Land Conservation Officer, District Animal Husbandry Officer, District Co-Operation Officer, District Agriculture Development Officer, District Fisheries Officer, Leading District Manager, work in the meeting held under the chairmanship of Ranchi Deputy Commissioner (DC), Chhavi Ranjan. Coordinator Divyanan Krishi Vigyan Kendra, General Manager District Industries Center and other concerned officials were present.
In the meeting, a block wise review of various schemes of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Cooperation and Food Development Department was done by Ranjan.
In order of review by the DC, necessary guidelines were given to all the concerned officials for better implementation of the schemes. During the meeting, reviewing the agenda set by the Agriculture Department, the annual action plan was approved.
While reviewing the Kisan Credit Card, the Ranjan directed to organize special camps in all the panchayats from 6-15 July 2021. In which farmers will be able to submit their application related to KCC. The DC directed to complete the pending KCC through the concerned bank branch at the earliest.
The officials of the Gavya Development Department were directed to take further action after physical verification of the concerned beneficiaries for the selected BPL families who have to provide two milch animals.
The Animal Husbandry Officer was directed to ensure vaccination of the animals as per the prescribed target.
While reviewing agenda-wise during the meeting of the ATMA Governing Body, Ranjan gave necessary directions.
