Chief Secretary Rajiv Gauba on Monday viewed development works undergoing for Parasnath Temple and the entire tourist spot. In the meeting it was decided that 16 km long road and 10 km long foot road to reach Dak Bungalow and the temples would be built by wild life division of the Forest Department.
The CS on the occasion directed to register all the carriers and issue them identity cards before October 15 so that their wages can get fixed. He also ordered to remove all encroachments from Madhuban Road by setting up a team along with curbing the sale of meat and liquor from rest houses.
Pavements would be fitted with solar lights and Dhanbad rail division has also been taken into loop keeping security of the pilgrims in mind. In the meeting Tourism Secretary Avinash Kumar, Divisional Commissioner of Hazaribagh and DIG along with DC and SP of Giridih were present.
