After prolonged silence in Dumari block of Giridih district the armed squid of outlawed CPI(Maoist) struck again at Chhando forest area in Madhuwan ,killing two villagers for allegedly being police informers.
The deceased have been identified as Dilip Hansda and Dunka Murmu .Both were belonging to Mohanpur village within jurisdiction of Madhuwan police station of the district .The police recovered parchs from the spot stating that both, Dilip and Dunka, were police informers.
According to reports, about 60 to 70 armed Maoists raided Mohanpur village and took Dilip Hansda (30) along with Dunka Murmu (26) from their house around 11pm on Saturday while both were inside the house .His family members informed that the armed squid threatened them not to follow them. At about midnight, the ultras beheaded both near Chhando forest areas said Akhlesh V Veier, superintendent of police, Giridih.
Before leaving the place of occurrence ,they threw pamphlets and hand written parcha which say that moves to punish police informer working against the interest of CPI(Maoist) .Another poster directly blamed Dilip and Dunka for being police informer .Incidentally ,this is the second incident of killing over charges of being of police informer ,in less then a year in Dumari block of the Giridih .
