The regular bail petition of MlA Barkagaon Nirmala Devi was rejected on Monday by the court of first class judicial magistrate Richa Srivastava. legislature of Jharkhand Assembly Nirmala Devi is in JP Central Jail in judicial custody along with her husband ex-minister Yogendra Sao and others in case no. 167/15 of Barkagaon Police Station related with the incident of August 14 at NTPC R&R Colony site. After hearing the arguments of advocates of both State and Nirmala Devi, the court rejected the bail petition.
