A special MlA court on Monday rejected the discharge petition filed by Anil Adinath Bastawade, key accused in the multi-crore money laundering case involving former Chief Minister Madhu Koda and his cabinet colleagues. Charges against Bastawade will be framed on June 22.
Bastawade presently under Judicial custody, is lodged in the Birsa Munda Central jail who was brought to the country from Indonesia by the Indian agencies after the fugitive businessman was detained there on January 21 following an Interpol notice against him for alleged money laundering charges.
