Chief Minister Raghubar Das directed all the companies on Monday which have got a piece of land in Greater Ranchi Development Area (GRDA) to pay the balance amount and construct boundary wall of their lands. Holding a review meeting of GRDA, the CM, who happens to be the ex-officio Chairman of GRDA, also directed the district administration to provide all assistance to land owner companies to get their lands.
Das directed officials to develop basic infrastructure in GRDA area, including establishing amenities like road, drainage, water, electricity among others. He also directed companies to stick boards with information reflecting possession of their lands.
Chief Secretary Rajbala Verma, Principal Secretary to CM Sanjay Kumar, GRDA MD Sukhdev Singh, Secretary to CM Sunil Kumar Barnwal, land-Revenue Department Secretary KK Soan, Ranchi DC Manoj Kumar and representatives of the companies which have been allotted land in GRDA area were present in the meeting.
