Palamu police won the hearts of the commoners when it safely brought home a mentally unstable woman Panpatee Devi who had gone missing over the last one month with her three children.
DSP Heera lal Ravi said this woman with her kids was last reported to be in a Varanasi hospital Pdt Deen Dayal Upadhaya hospital. A police team was sent to Varanasi from where she and her two kids were brought down to Daltonganj. The woman and her 2 kids have been restored to her man Santu Yadav.
Ravi, however, said the woman cries for her another kid a girl named Kavita. Kavita is still untraced. However Palamu police have alerted its counterpart in Varanasi about this girl Kavita.
DSP said woman’s man Santu Yadav had not given any written report of his wife and children went missing at all. It was a section of social media that blew up this case.
Ravi said he took personal interest in this case and for the sake of humanity he did all to bring her back. However he lamented that one of her children is still not found out.
