To the chagrin of thousands of consumers of Sudha Milk, complains regarding substandard product have failed to evoke any response from the company. Sudha Dairy booth milk became the point of agony for consumers who bought it to make yoghurt that is traditionally eaten on the auspicious occasion of Makarsankranti.
“I bought around five litres of milk but it got spoiled as soon as I put it in the vessel. I went to the booth and he promised that he will ask the company to compensate with equal amount of milk. But I am still waiting for the replacement,” said Mukesh Kumar, a resident of Morhabadi. However when asked they said “we do compensate substandard product however we have not received any complain whatsoever,” said an official.
