A programme on Constitutional awareness was organised at Indian Institute of Natural Resins and Gums (IINRG), Namkum where the keynote speaker was Dr Pankaj Kumar Chaturvedi, Principal, Chotanagpur Law College. “In 1976 an amendment was made and civil duties were added to the Constitution. The Constitution made at the time of independence had laws according to the circumstances and with time there is a need for improvement,” said Chaturvedi. IINRG Director Keval Krishna Sharma said, “Law is related to a person’s attitude and everyone should have basic knowledge of law.”
