S R A Rizwi Chabban, secretary, Jharkhand State Congress Party, said that administration must expedite rescue work to help the victims of flash flood. He said that every year incidents of flash flood are reported in city. He further added that a delegation of the party would soon meet the deputy commissioner to register complains. He also said that the irregular electricity supply has also added to the woes. “ I spoke to JUVl GM A P Singh in this regard. Situation is still pathetic and it is high time for the administration to take preventive measures before untoward incident take place,” he said.
