Coming down heavily against the State Government for its failures in handling illegal liquor trade alongwith deaths of infants the Congress has rapped it for celebrating 1000 days in power in the State. The party decided to go ahead and oppose the clearances given to the Bill related to religious conversion and land Act amendments, said its chief Sukhdeo Bhagat.
