Computer education was started in both the schools run by Mahila Samiti, Bokaro on Thursday. In Balmandir, Cooperative Colony, the computer room was inaugurated by Iti Rath, Vice President of the committee and Preeti Sharan at Saurabh Shishu Mandir, Sector 2. In the programme, children were informed about the importance and utility of computer education. The children were also presented with gifts for their academic achievements in the programme. School in-charge of Mahila Samiti, Bokaro Richa Priyadarshini, Secretary Vandana Jha, Treasurer Rita Rani and other members of the committee and teachers were present in the programme. Children told the specialty of computers and expressed deep satisfaction towards such significant initiatives.
