A meeting of officials and staff of the revenue departments took place in the auditorium of Suchna Bhawan Hazaribagh. Director revenue and land acquisition Rajeev Ranjan presided the meeting in which officials from all the districts of North Chotanagpur Commissionery were present.
Director reviewed the progress of online revenue services in entire division and gave tips about online data entry, digitalisation of land records, land registration, mutation etc. Addressing the officials director said that you will have to complete the processes within the given time frame by the government.
During the review of Koderma district he found that the digitalisation work is very slow in three blocks of the district. The circle officer of the blocks informed that the revenue register 1&2 are not complete and there are some disputes also. Rajeev Ranjan directed the block officials to complete the revenue register 1&2 by September 15 and to solve the disputes within this time frame.
Some officials raised the problem of shortage of man power to complete the digitalization work within given time frame. Director told them to appoint computer operators on local basis to start the online services by the end of next month at any cost.
In this meeting land acquisition officers of Hazaribagh, Chatra, Koderma, Giridih, Dhanbad, Bokaro and Ramgarh districts were present along with circle officers and circle inspectors. This information was given by DPRO Hazaribagh Devendra Kumar Bhaduri.
