Rural Development Minister Neelkanth Singh Munda directed all the block development officers of the district to first complete the plans taken earlier within the given timeframe. He clearly said that those who will not utilize the allotment up to March 31st will be under the scanner of departmental action.
Talking to The Pioneer in the evening at Hazaribagh Circuit House after this meeting the Minister said that I am visiting all the districts of the state, during this course I am giving the same message to the block officials everywhere because this time the government is not going to tolerate delay in completion of plans taken so far. He said that yesterday I was at Chatra and today I sat with the district and block officials of Hazaribagh.
Regarding Hazaribagh Munda said that some of the blocks of the district are not doing satisfactory work. I have given them last warning to show their progress, otherwise government is bound to take action against them.
Talking about the ongoing Yojna Banao Abhiyan Minister Neelkanth Singh Munda said that I have told the officers to visit every village of all panchayats and consult with the villagers then prepare the plans as per the requirement of the area. Rural development is the mirror of the state development and our government is very clear that without the development of villages real development cannot be dream.
At Hazaribagh MlA Manish Jaiswal and BJP workers gave a warm welcome to the minister. He was received by them at the border of Hazaribagh-Chatra district near Katkamsandi and in the route the workers garlanded him at many spots stopping his carcade.
