Complete the digitalisation work of land accounts, land records and register two before November 15, 2015. This instruction was given by lRDC Satish Chandra in a review meeting held in collectorate meeting hall. lRDC Satish Chandra was presiding the meeting in absence of DC Mukesh Kumar.
In this meeting it was informed by the officials of concerned department that digitalization work of land records and register two is almost complete and verification work is going on side by side also. Digitalization work is going on under NlRMP scheme.
Reviewing the online mutation facility lRDC Satish Chandra advised the block officials to contact NIC to solve the technical problems. Many block officials had complained that due to technical problems the speed of online mutation is very slow. In this meeting officials also discussed about increasing the facility in other blocks as soon as possible. Till now online mutation facility is available in 5 blocks namely Churchu, Tati Jhariya, Katkamsandi and Daru.
In this meeting problems in acquiring land for railway, NHI, NTPC and other old and new projects was also discussed. After reviewing the status it was decided that officials will first try to resolve the problems at local level in a limited timeframe and then to contact the headquarter for assistance. Special instructions were given to officials to resolve the problems in acquiring land for the projects of Jindal Steel, Hindalco and Usha Martin.
Reviewing the revenue collection status lRDC Satish Chandra noted that mining, sale tax, excise and small savings departments are lagging behind in achieving the target. He directed the officials of concerned departments to speed up the process of revenue collection keeping in mind the targets fixed for their departments.
