Dubey is Vishrampur MlA (Palamu) and former MP from Dhanbad also blamed CM for callous attitude which allegedly holds back rural development across the State. Unsatisfied with his portfolio Dubey slammed over the Chief Minister and said Soren is retaining 28 departments including Home affairs, law and Justice, Road, Planning, Development, Public Relations, Cabinet (Vigilance), Cabinet Secretariat Coordination, Personnel, Administrative Reforms, Raj Bhasha and others, which is not fair, he added.

Though, our Government is a coalition Government, there should be equal distribution of the departments among the 12 Ministers of Jharkhand, Dubey said. “I will raise this issue in the cabinet meet on Thursday, as well as before the team of congress ‘Alakaman’ who would rushed on Friday”, Dubey added.

Concern over the slow pace of Development Minister said, fate of several developmental projects is hangs imbalance. Jharkhand, which was crave-out from Bihar in 2000, had not been able to develop due to various challenges, “tragic cases of poverty and backwardness in industrial as well as agricultural field since after 13 years of its inception”, he added.
