Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Thursday visited Khunti and reviewed the preparedness at the court campus in the wake of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s October 2 proposed tour.
The CM especially took stock of the solar system installed at the campus which is going to be inaugurated by the PM.
Besides, the CM also observed preparations going on at Kutchery Ground from where the PM is slated to address a public meeting on that day. The court is the first in the country that would be powered fully through solar panels installed on its building and premises.
The CM also held a brief meeting with local officials and directed them about doing all the related preparations. Rural Development Minister Neelkanth Singh Munda, MP Ravindra Rai, Principal Secretary to the CM Sanjay Kumar, Home Secretary NN Pandey, DGP DK Pandey and Energy Secretary SKG Rahate accompanied the CM.
