Taking firing at Hazaribagh seriously, CM Hemant Soren has directed the North Chhotanagpur Commissioner and Bokaro IG to provide a joint investigation report to the Government. Expressing concern, he said that steps should be taken so that such incidents do not take place in future. Investigation of the background and the circumstances under which the it took place will be a step towards this. He said that the person responsible for the incident will not be spared.
