Popular public interface of the State Government ‘CM Jan Samvad’ has got prestigious ‘Skoch Merit Award & Skoch Smart Governance Gold Award- 2016’. The award was given in a ceremony organised by Skoch Group at 45th Skoch Summit at Hyderabad on Friday.
Notably thousands of projects running across the country were presented before the experts at PHD House in Delhi and 100 of them were selected for the ‘Skoch Smart Governance Award -2016’. The ‘CM Jan Samvad Kendra’ was one among those.
The CM Jan Samvad has turned extremely successful in its endeavor since its inception about 1.5 years ago where public grievances through toll free number, by post, online, through mobile app and various other means can be registered for getting addressed. Chief Minister’s Secretary Sunil Kumar Barnwal holds weekly review of the grievances registered with it.
