CM Hemant Soren held a meeting with Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary to CM, Principal Secretaries of Road Construction, Forest and Environment Department, President of JSEB, Secretary Urban Development officials of Ranchi Municipal Corporation and many other senior officials of the departments on Saturday.
Soren during the meeting gave instructions to the officials to make proper under-ground cabling, to improve traffic system and also asked them to think about beautification of the State. Hemant also instructed road construction department to make proper drainage system on the road sides of the city and also to make proper cemented road dividers just like Delhi. He also asked road construction department to complete the road widening works soon because RMC had already submitted the NOCs regarding the road widening.
Hemant also instructed RMC to mark vacant places in the city and make Kyosk for the shopkeepers near Jaipal Singh Stadium, Daily Market, Madhukam, Karamtoli Chowk, lalpur Chowk, for proper vegetable and fruit market. He also instructed to develop ITI Bus stand on Public Private Partnership mode.
Meanwhile Hemant also instructed to preserve the beauty of Morhabadi ground, and for this the Melas and other public gathering activities should be shifted to Hotwar, Khelgaon, so that Morhabadi can be kept clean.
And finally CM instructed the officials to ensure proper traffic arrangements in the city, he also instructed SSP Ranchi to stop the entrance of heavy vehicles on Bariatu road. CM also instructed DC Ranchi to develop and make proper parking arrangements near Jaipal Singh Stadium,
Daily Market, Sainik Market and Sujata Chowk.
