Chief Minister Hemant Soren today hailed Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for appreciating of Jharkhand government’s resolve to improve schools and education system in the State. The Jharkhand CM is in Delhi and is likely to attend the swearing in ceremony of Arvind Kejriwal as Chief Minister of Delhi.
Kejriwal, who will take oath for the third consecutive time as Chief Minister of Delhi, took to social networking site Twitter to praise the Jharkhand government’s pledge to improve education system in the State. Retweeting a news report on Jharkhand’s Education Minister’s statement that the schools in Jharkhand will be made better than those in Delhi, Kejriwal expressed happiness and wished that Hemant Soren be successful in his mission.
“Today I felt so good to read this news. May the almighty help Hemant Soren Ji succeed in his mission? We will learn from the new steps taken by him. Then only the country will move forward. It is such a nice idea that the states of the country compete for making their schools better than each other,” he Tweeted. Thanking Kejriwal, the Jharkhand CM tweeted that development and improvisation is a continuous process. “The works done by you (Kejriwal) in the field of education are guiding lights. To make Jharkhand a welfare State we will learn from everyone and take help from everyone,” he stated.
Notably, the State School Education and Literacy Minister Jagarnath Mahto had said on Friday that the government schools of Jharkhand will be better than those of Delhi.
He said that the Government of Jharkhand has started its efforts to fill the gap between private and government schools.
With the help of government school teachers the process has already begun and there will be no shortage of funds for the purpose, he had stated.
