Chief Minister Hemant Soren today inspected offices of the Rural Development Department, Tourism, Art Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs Department and Transport Department, located in FFP building and Education Department located at MDI building and Jharkhand Bijli Vitaran Nigam Limited and Jharkhand Urja Utpadan Nigam Limied at Engineering Building.
The CM reviewed the office rooms, corridors, video conferencing rooms and meeting rooms etc of the various departments running in the three buildings. The CM gave instructions to the concerned officials to keep the entire premises of these buildings clean and he also asked for the removal of the unnecessarily kept items in the corridor. He directed to fix the fire fighting system and organise the wiring of electricity and telephone-Internet server in the corridor.
The CM said that special care should be taken to clean the toilets.
After this, he instructed the temporary shop and stall owners on the roadside in the HEC campus to take care of cleanliness. During the inspection, Chief Secretary Sukhdev Singh, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Rajiv Arun Ekka, Secretary of Urban Development and Housing Department Vinay Kumar Choubey and Secretary of Building Construction Department Sunil Kumar were present.
