Chief Minister Raghubar Das flagged off the special train to Delhi for Rashtriya Aadivasi Anandotsava from Hatia railway station on Sunday. Anandotsava will be held from October 25 to 28. More than 5,000 people from 10 districts of Jharkhand are going to participate in the event at Delhi. Trains will run from Tata and Jasidih.
Das said that the Union Government has been requested to complete long railway projects in the State. A special train has been provided for South India on demand.
In another fresh endeavor and to promote sports culture in State, the Chief Minister on Sunday promised to establish Sport Academy during the fifth All India Police Archery Competition. Notably, all players will be given special preference in recruitment and will also get out of term promotion.
