In order to provide better civil amenities to people and complete schemes on time frame, Chief Minister Raghubar Das today asked Tata Steel MD TV Narendran to sort out all the pending issues with the Tata Group Board. He said that the lease agreement process at Jamshedpur should be completed soon. In lack of completion of lease agreement, problems arise in implementing civic amenities.

The CM asked him to establish CIPET to train 500 youths through Tata Trust in collaboration with Government of India and Government of Jharkhand on PPP mode.  Areas where the company runs mines should be made ODF at the earliest.

The government is working to provide water in those areas. At the same time he asked to speed up cancer hospital construction work in Ranchi.

Narendran assured the CM to discuss these issues in the meeting of Tata Board in mid July and said that after approval, work will be processed.

CS Rajbala Verma, Additional CS Amit Khare, Additional CS, Health, Sudhir Tripathi, Rural Development addl. CS NN Sinha, Industry Secretary Sunil Kumar Barnwal and other officers were present in the meeting.
