"I often see everyone airing their views in the media without having full information about the matter and knowing party line. I request such leaders to first get full information and then speak," said the CM understandably hinting the party leaders expressing opinions on controversial CNT-SPT amendments, domicile policy and recent issue of restoration of tribal land.
He on the occasion also praised outgoing party pesident Tala Marandi and said that the example put forth by him would continue to remind party leaders down the line about the ethics and ideology on which this largest party in the world was standing firm.
"I must thank Tala Marandi. He didn't think twice before offering his resignation to party high-command, when a Court summoned him in a case related to his son's marriage. He said to senior leaders that until I come out clean, I will not accept any position in the party and will be working like any grass root level party worker. I expect this very humbleness from all party workers," the CM said.
Former Deputy Speaker of the lok Sabha and MP Karia Munda, Minister of State for Civil Aviation (Independent Charge) in Central Cabinet and Hazaribagh MP Jayant Sinha and Minister of State for Social Welfare Sudarshan Bhagat, Ranchi MP Ramtahal Choudhary, Former CM Arjun Munda and host of other leaders were present at the occasion of swearing in of laxman Gilua.

"Unity is strength. We all are experienced enough to travel up to here from merely two representation in loksabha in 1984 to a whopping 282 seats in 2014. We have bagged 12 out of 14 lok Sabha seats in State in 2014, and it means a lot. But our prime focus must be to activate our strengths in the regions where
we have been passive so far. And we need to be more aggressive where we are already active," Gilua said.
Tala Marandi said on the occasion that he tried his best to work according to the very ethics and essence of the party during his short stint, but it couldn't work. "I believe that senior party leaders started developing a sense, rightly so, that Gilua Ji would prove to be more efficient than me as State party president. I expect him and would like to advice him not be in hurry at making any decision, as it leads to make things wrong," he said.
