The closing ceremony of Rajbhasha Pakhwada at Bokaro Steel Plant was organized at the Human Resource Development Center. On this occasion, the chief guest of the function was the director in-charge Amarendu Prakash. As special guest ED (P&A ) Sanjay Kumar, ED (Finance & Accounts) Suresh Rangani, ED (Materials Management) Amitabh Srivastava, ED (Projects) Chittaranjan Mahapatra were present , Also Senior officers, members of Narakas organization and award winners were present.
In his speech, the chief guest, DIC Amarendu Prakash stressed on the need not only to use the official language but also to make it easy and simple. He further said that by including words from other languages like English and other Indian languages in Hindi, the richness, communicability and acceptability of Hindi will increase. During the program, the guests awarded Director Incharge Chal Vaijayanti Trophy to the Transport Department, Late Shankar Dayal Singh Chal Vaijayanti Trophy to the Coke Oven and Coal Chemicals Department and Prateek Shield to the CED Department. The program was coordinated by Senior Manager (Liaison and Administration) Shashank Shekhar and the vote of thanks was given by Deputy General Manager (Liaison and Administration) UK Singh.
