A Ranchi-Delhi Air-Asia flight with 180 people on board including crew members had to undergo emergency landing shortly after it took off from Ranchi airport on Saturday evening.
Air-Asia officials said after plane was landed and passengers evacuated safely that the pilot sensed some kind of fire in cargo section of the plane after which he contacted to the Air Traffic Control (ATC) officials who nodded for emergency landing. Meanwhile, passengers alleged the aviation company of presenting false reason for landing and said that the plane was landed due to possible fog-like situation Delhi airport.
