Tata Main Hospital ( TMH) organised Clinical Surgery Update at the TMH Auditorium. The chief guest for this occasion Suresh D Tripathy ,vice president,HRM, Tata Steel and guest of honour Sunil Bhaskaran, vice president, CS, Tata Steel, inaugurated the programme. Dr Arunima Verma ,organising secretary welcomed the guests.
There were more than 100 young doctors who had come to Jamshedpur from all over India for this intensive teaching programme. Tripathy congratulated the department of surgery for this endeavour and said that congregation of this nature creates positivity. Sunil Bhaskaran wanted this programme to continue every year and promised continued help from Tata Steel. In his address he spoke about the importance of such activities .Prof Chintamani from Delhi requested the management of Tata Steel to start Breast Screening Programme in Jamshedpur. Dr Sunil Kumar, HOD, Surgery and Chairman, Organising Committee congratulated the team for their splendid effort.
The faculties who were present on the occasion were Dr Dilip Gupta,Dr Sanjiv Gupta and Dr Manish Sinha .
