A sub-divisional court was inaugurated in Nagar Untari sub-division of Garhwa district on Saturday. The inauguration ceremony of the newly constructed Sub-Divisional Court of Nagar Untari was organized virtually by Chief Justice of Supreme Court of India NV Ramana in the august presence of Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court Ravi Ranjan.
On the occasion, inspecting Judge Ratnakar Bhengra, gave thanks to the Chief Justice of India, Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court and best wishes to District and Sessions Judge Garhwa, Deputy Commissioner Garhwa, Superintendent of Police Garhwa, CRPF Commandant, President of Bar Association and all the lawyers.
Principal District and Sessions Judge Rajesh Sharan Singh while addressing said that today the hour has come, which was awaited for a long time. Asked all the Bar Association lawyers to decide the destination on their own merit. After a long period, the Sub-Divisional Court was inaugurated online today by NV Ramana, Chief Justice of India. He called it a matter of pride and said that this court, which has become functional, needs to be fulfilled. He has expected cooperation from judicial administration, district administration, police administration and all citizens to improve the justice system.
He said that all citizens should perform their duty in a disciplined manner. Judicial administration is also for those who lead their life in a disciplined manner.
Deputy Commissioner Garhwa said that it is a matter of great fortune that the sub-divisional court is functional. Success has been achieved today after a long wait. It is a proud moment for the residents of Nagar Untari. He said that the people who used to go to Garhwa to hear their case, will now be able to get justice from this court.
The Superintendent of Police, Garhwa and the CRPF Commandant, while thanking and welcoming everyone, wished for the functioning of the Sub-Divisional Court and said that the way for speedy justice would be paved with the commencement of this court. Now the process of justice will be more accessible to the citizens for hearing their cases.
Two sub-divisional courts of Jharkhand were virtually inaugurated by the Chief Justice of India, NV Ramanna, in which the sub-divisional court of Nagar Untari under Garhwa district and the sub-divisional court in Chandil of Seraikela-Kharsawan district .
After this, cheques were distributed to beneficiaries for payment of the amount under Victim Compensation and it was told that the amount of the remaining beneficiaries has been sent to their bank accounts.
