The Hazaribag municipal corporation has decided to solve the civic problems of common men in the municipal areas. The town commissioner has formed a team to solve the problems related to supply of drinking, cleanliness, illegal use of municipal property and others. Town commissioner of Hazaribag municipal corporation Prerana Dixit said that the office is daily receiving complaints regarding the problems which are facing the general public of the town. If any one comes to the office to lodge a complaint, no one tries to listen to the problems in the office.
The Town commissioner said that she has formed a team with a nodal officer. In the team Tahseledar and field staff along with concerned department engineers have been included.
"We have also issued a WhatsApp number 9471381245 for residents of
Hazaribag town. Everyone can send the problems to the whatsapp no.. the team members will reach there and solve the problem immediately.
The team will also monitor the light arrangement, use of plastic by the shopkeepers and the consumers, to collect the holding tax, to check the encroachment in the town. We have prepared the roster for the team.
Dixit further said that the team will also check that the proper drinking water through the pipelines are reaching every house of the town. If the team received the report of pipeline damage then they will repair the damage immediately.
She said that with this service the public of the town will not face any routine problems. This will certainly increase the revenue of the corporation.
