The Chief Judicial Magistrate Sudhanshu Kumar Sashi of Bokaro court awarded one year imprisonment to an Inspector of CISF on the charge of being involved in theft of iron and copper scrap inside the Bokaro Steel Plant.
The court awarded one year imprisonment to Sushant Kumar Patnayak. During investigation involvement of Sushant was found in stealing of Iron and Copper scrape of Rs12 lakhs inside the BSl on 23 June 2007.
On duty another CISF inspector Uday Shankar Prasad caught the loaded truck (WB 39 - 9954) without valid permit and gatepass inside the plant. A GR case (896/2007) was filed at City police station, said R Giri Advocate district court Bokaro.
