Not a single goal was seen in the third quarter. In the fourth and last quarter, Jiaqi Zhongshan scored another goal for China and made the score 4-0. Ultimately China won 4-0. Jiaqi Zhongshan was selected as the player of the match. Minister (Jharkhand) Banna Gupta, Development Commissioner Arun Kumar Singh and officials of Hockey India were also present on the occasion. The third match was played between India and Japan.
